- •2 cups NutriSelect whole wheat atta
- •3 boiled potatoes, mashed
- •1 tsp cumin seeds
- •1 tsp chilli powder, salt, garam masala
- •Fresh coriander, chopped
- •NutriSelect mustard oil for cooking

Knead atta into a firm dough with water and a little mustard oil. Rest 20 minutes.

Mix mashed potatoes with cumin, chilli, garam masala, salt, and coriander to make the filling.

Roll a dough ball into a small disc. Place a spoonful of filling in the centre and seal.

Gently roll into a parantha, being careful not to tear the dough.

Cook on a hot tawa with mustard oil until golden spots appear on both sides. Serve with dahi and pickle.
