- •2¼ tsp active dry yeast
- •1 tsp salt
- •1 tbsp honey
- •1 tbsp olive oil
- •1 cup warm water

Activate yeast in warm water with honey for 5 minutes.

Mix atta and salt. Add yeast mixture and oil; knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour until doubled.

Punch down, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased 9x5 inch tin. Rise again for 45 minutes.

Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 30-35 minutes until hollow-sounding when tapped. Cool fully before slicing.
