- •2 cups NutriSelect whole wheat atta
- •1 tsp instant yeast
- •1 tsp sugar
- •¾ cup warm milk
- •2 tbsp yoghurt
- •Salt to taste

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Rest 5 minutes until frothy.

Mix atta, salt, yoghurt, and yeast mixture. Knead into a soft dough, adding water as needed.

Cover and rest in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled.

Divide roll into teardrop shapes, and place on a very hot pan or under a broiler.

Cook 2-3 minutes until puffed and charred. Brush with butter and serve immediately.
